We’ve actually gone as a couple to a few and we held a fab social in one in Edinburgh years ago and had some great chats with the girls. Very honest and open. If they’re safe, the girls are safe and looked after and more importantly, it’s their choice, who are we to decry it? Fucked if I’d be a traffic warden or cop but I’m not going to put it down. K

I prefer to see ladies on the pole than a lap dance, it takes great strength and skill and they make it look so graceful, elegant and sexy.

I'd prefer American style stage shows than the lapdancey places over here.

Been to a male one on a hen do years ago, the entry fee included a dance. The hands off rule didn't apply & I didn't touch but hated being touched, luckily it ended fast. The others said they couldn't tell if I wanted to punch him or puke & to be honest I didn't know either. I hear in female ones there's no touching & that sounds better. I think it would be frustrating more than fun with the anti climactic ending?

I've only been on stag parties but they're not for me. Not complaining about hot women wandering around naked, obviously, but I just found it a bit weird with all the fake chat to get you to buy a dance.

I used to work in a bar and we would go to the local strip club after work for a few beers because it was open late and they didn't charge barstaff in.

We weren't punters so the dancers would hang out and chat.

I ended up going out with a woman who worked there for a few years. She was an athlete and a dancer and worked her ass off. Pardon the pun.

Aside from that. One of my best friends is a dancer in the top club in New York and makes 6 figures. She just built a yoga studio.

A job is a job.

friend of mine runs a club.

the women do strip but there are strict rules on this.

all the women earn $50k a year and keep all tips. they have to meet certain requirements i.e. fitness, no drugs or drink problems and be weighed regular. this is something in the contract and is explained at the interview. also they are credit checked to make sure they do not have large debts.

customers do not touch. the only time they can is at the invitation of the women in question and they go to a private room. a male guard is always present in that room. this special arrangement costs money and sex is completely out of the question.

but customers can get photos taken with their favorite girl and she gets 65% of that fee. the rest goes into her pension.

all the guards have firearms and licenses to carry concealed weapons.

everyone is searched coming into the premises.

it is not uncommon for some of the women to earn a lot of money.

all the women are collected by car and dropped home at the end of the shift.

everyone employed has minimum health care and pension.

the club makes its money on entry fee, licensed gambling and drinks.

to give you an example. you like candy because she has large breasts and you want her to bring your drink over to your poker table. drink is $10 but because you want candy to bring it over that is now $15. you want her to join you at the table thats $100

neck/shoulder massage while playing poker thats another $100 and so on.

so they can make a lot of money so the right personality goes a long way as they bring more people into the club.

Not for me. I like to look after my money and spend it on other things. I have a good sex life and lots of stimulation anyways. I prefer to be in places where people want my company for me rather than for financial reward.

I have no problem with adult workers, in fact I have a lot of respect for what they do. The presence of strip clubs is OK with me and I've experience them a few time when younger with mates. But it's wasn't for me. Although I have a good 30-40mins conversation with a striper once. I told her early on that although I'm enjoying the conversation I wouldn't be parting with any money if she wanted to move on and earn. But she no it's OK, I'm just really enjoying talking. That was nice and we had a lot of laughs. Its just not the way I chose to spend my money or get down.

Used to love the strip pubs that were about on the 1980s...then they became gentlemen clubs to attract more money...I sometimes go to the strip pub in Hayes ...it's a bit seedy and it could certainly do with a lick of paint ..but putting a quid in the pint pot should be supported.
