Sliced ham (boiled gammon, with bay leaf, black pepper and cloves). With thin sliced tomatoes, with much of the juice patted out before hand. A thin spread of English mustard, real butter on the bread. A pinch of salt, and a twist or three of black pepper.

Preferably, homemade wholemeal bread. No seeds.

Paired with a cuppa, and nomnomnom.
