With Some god damn positivity!

It’s been 6 years today, since I’ve been sober from my addiction to Tramadol.

And everyday is a constant battle.. & Reminder why I don’t put that stuff into my body anymore.

I’ve met 100’s of great people through therapy, through speaking about my problem. They are many unfortunate people out there still suffering, that could be a friend, a mother, a sister, a brother or your father.

My advice.. Reach out, show them you’re willing to listen & provide help when needed.

My inbox is open, to anyone - who are going through difficult times. Or if they know somebody who is, tell them to reach out I am more than happy & willing to help!

On that note, let’s F*#CKING SMASH TODAY GUYS!!!

We live in a world, where unfortunately people wanna drag others down. I’m not about that, big up your friends, big up your family, big up the stranger who you walk past. You never know what they are going through!

11 years, brilliant, id say you probably got it nailed now but the demons never go away, the little fuckers just hope you slip up, fucking fantastic 11 years, well done
