No not the pill.

I rarely have a heavy night of drinking but when I do my pre bed routine is always two pints of water. Seems to do the no hangover trick.

Whats your go to hangover pre-cure?

I don't really get hangovers but hangxiety is a real thing.

To avoid that I normally alternate water with alcohol, drink some sort of fruit smoothie and take a couple of panadol. It seems to help. Ish.

I have a friend who does 1 drink, 1 water and swears by it

I find if I stick to rum and the wine I usually drink I'm ok. I do tend to eat a lot before bed if I've been drinking though so maybe that helps.

Yes Nero it was. All we could get was some godawful stuff distilled from turnips. It didn't stop us hardy souls though and the organ damage was worth it for the excitement.

I tend not to drink enough these days to get one but if I do feel a bit ropey after a few libations then ibuprofen is my go to cure. That and a long soak in the shower. Something about just having my head under the spray from the shower for a good five minutes seems to perk me up. Ohhh and a wank often helps lol
