It might have just been a poor night, and I believe it was changing hands when I tried it so I probably should give it another go sometime.

Partners at least has a fantastic wet area and you can just chill in the hot tub and keep an eye out for hotties.

No idea what MLS is!"Manchester Lounge Social. There's a few of us meeting up in a couple of weeks. Talk to Woody. Also, heavily seconding the Townhouse is better comment. There's some disagreement that means they don't post their events on here. And it's a bit of a trek to Birkenhead. But I find the journey worth it from up here with an extra 2 hours in it | |||

I’ve only been to Cupids once, but wasn’t a fan, so never returned.
All clubs have their cliques (no matter what they say), but you only need one person to make your night, so you just never know. I will always argue though; you will meet more women in your local Wetherspoons than you will in a swingers club. Find yourself a female fwb, and go on a couples night | |||

I have tried one in London before and it wasn't dress down straight away, so you could easily chat to people in the bar just knowing you shared kinks etc. I should have done more research rather than spontaneously turned up but by the time I was there and they told me I needed to undress there and then, I thought fuck it for a moment and let's see what the crowds like. Cliquey and no one really making any effort is the answer. I would have stayed for a drink, had I not been in my damn boxers. But that's that place for you! 10/10 would not recommend as a single haha | |||

"Unfortunately, the male dress down policy is outdated and off putting for so many. Lost count the amount of people we speak to who don’t come here because of this. We’ve had several great nights here, but I do feel for M who is body conscious with a dad bod so isn’t all slim and toned, and I’m sure if they changed this policy then we and many more people would attend more frequently. This is what made us try Pandoras where there is no dress down policy to just socialise. If you agree to play then you go change etc. but much nicer for guys to not have to be in their boxers all the time. We hoped the new management would change this policy but alas, not yet. Hope you find somewhere that works for you. But like any night out anywhere, some a great, some are rubbish. Isn’t always the venue, but the vibe. They are No.3 in Chorley, and Club Shhh in Newcastle. All the rest followed the usual “Single guy? Thanks for your money, it’s through there….” and then you were on your own…. No.3 does operate a dress down rule, but only from 10.30, so you can go earlier on, chat around the bar and social area, see what the vibe is, and choose whether you stay later than 10.30. Mary, Sian and Ged are still there, and would make you feel welcome I have no doubts
Shhh in Newcastle you only dress down to go downstairs to the play areas, so again, you can stay fully clothed in the upstairs bar/social area, until you felt comfortable to undress. I appreciate Newcastle isn’t on your doorstep, but no club is for me, so it’s far easier for me to think “Meh, can’t be arsed”
It’s great when a club visit ‘works’, but it really is hit or miss, especially as a single guy | |||
