Sound like a healthy option to me

If I skip a meal I end up picking at crap later and doing worse than my good intentions

Usually I try and do something special for fridays, but today I only had a bowl of Gazpacho soup. That and the bran flakes and fresh fruit for breakfast is all i had today. I might have some popcorn later but not sure. Tomorrow is my big coking day... but I dont have any idea what im going to cook.
