I’ve only just started getting regular periods due to being on treatment, but it’s been about 7 years since I last had a regular period schedule

And yet, now that it shows up every month i STILL get surprised that it’s here like huh? What you doing hereeeeee

And that’s on top of the fact I often have a months worth of PMS symptoms before my actual period. Woe is me y’all!

Off to buy chocolate and feel sorry for myself at work. Thanks for letting me vent this out

Just stomped back from the shop because I was going to get chocolate seashells but last week they were £2.99 this week…£3.99!!! I was in shock I was in tears so forget it

Awww sending hugs.. I used to get lower backache and a persistent throbbing in my temple two days before every period and was still surprised when it turned up
