Liverpool

Just watching something about an ad with female rugby stars wearing lingerie.

People are kicking off for it being sexist and demeaning.

Personally I think they look strong, feminine and amazing

Any thoughts?

I think they look great, the one with black French knickers , suspenders , sports socks and rugby boots is very hot

About 3 feet away from the fence

The most demeaning thing about it is the fact they have to be filmed holding a rugby ball, which is a level of public embarrassment nobody should have to endure

Sharon Davis kicking off about sportswomen dressed in lingerie as sexist and demeaning to all women until someone posted her picture dressed in lingerie was the funniest thing I've seen in a while

Another trigger for my common ‘ohhhhhhh fuck off!!’ Response. Demeaning…meh meh - really? Does it lessen them as professional athletes? Or does it challenge a stereotype that women rugby players can’t exude femininity?

Yeh is a weird argument. Who should be allowed to wear and model underwear? Is it sending out the wrong message to young women? I'm not too sure about them doing it on a rugby pitch but they should be free to model underwear if they want.

They look strong, sexy and great. When you are in your 20/30s,as these women are, your body is at its peak and you should feel strong and sexy and proud of it.

It all slowly starts to go downhill once you hit your 40s and you will miss the power of your youth.
