For a start I can and often get aroused without getting a boner. That's something I have control over. Like most men I'd say. In not sure about the dopamine either. Dopamine's role in arousal isn't as clear as testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, oxytocin, and vasopressin for example. I definitely don't get woozy. Arousal for me is a sensory experience. | |||
