"I can tolerate extreme heat far better than extreme cold. The cold, in this country, feels like it’s chilling to the bones. That internal, deep freeze type feeling is something I can’t get on with. In the heat, I can cool down. I can enjoy being kissed by the sun. I can get tan lines. It’s not misery. " I think the problem with the cold in this country is that it is a wet cold which chills you quickly. If you have a dry cold then it is much more bearable even at much lower temperatures. | |||

"Which is harder? Personally for me (Mr) I find extreme heat intolerable. But generally speaking we are far more prepared for cold than heat in terms of attire and the respect we give it. We really don't respect the heat in this country. Take the heat over the cold all day long So given the option 50c or -20" | |||
