Human factors - I'm assuming that all ended as well as it could given what happened ie the kids back home now" According to the article I read he was outside the toilets crying when a man approached him and took him to the office. Staff there then called the nursery to tell them. On the face of it they were *still* unaware that they didn't have him. If the story is all true the level of incompetence and neglect is nothing short of staggering | |||

"If the adults in question were employed by the nursery school then some disciplinary procedure needs to be followed, and if they were parent/carer volunteers then the school needs to review its selection process. Glad the child was reunited with their family. As a small child of 5 or so I experienced a not dissimilar experience. " How has that affected you Huggy ? | |||
