If the casualty's head is off its shoulders I think I am safe to say - they won't survive, no matter how much effort I put into rescus lol

Your first aid kit should also include a tube of UHU...

I prefer that stuff that smells of marzipan. Had a little spreader in the lid. Blue tub. I don't like marzipan though.
