Took a date on a long walk earlier and did a spot of bouldering so treated ourselves to carrot and coconut cake and a blackcurrant frangipani sponge thing

Tonypandy.

Got the last slice of my gin and tonic drizzle cake to have with my morning coffee at work.

On Wednesday I'm doing afternoon tea for my neighbour. Making an earl grey and lemon drizzle cake , (she adores earl grey tea), some fruit scones, chocolate and raspberry tarts, eclairs, baileys torte and bara brith. (And all the savory stuff too)

She usually goes to a knitting group, but due to ill health has been housebound the past few weeks. So all her 'ladies' are coming to visit her.

That is such a lovely thing to do for someone. Enjoy
