The pounding head is caused by dehydration, loss of sugar and salt , so a nice cup of sugary tea with a bacon sandwich, some water and orange juice ....and a couple of paracetamol

have found the best thing is to drink water as soon as you get back from your session, then before you go to bed, then any time you wake up In the night. You end up going to the loo a lot but the hangover is much shorter lived and not as bad.

Plus take the pain killers!
