A colleague developed a tic where he would feel the need to unbutton his shirt to navel level and shout "yeah" in a Welsh Accent.

Whilst Tom Jones Syndrome is not well publicised, its not unusual

Did the problem with his spine clear up? I heard he had been recovered but I think the person that told me was just reading between the lines
