Unfortunately, this is a fallacy and doesn't work. Especially if the allergy is to grass or grass pollen.

It is worth checking if you can have the jab. I can't have it because of thyroid problems.

Well I can assure you it definitely 100% lessens the symptoms, it’s not a cure but I’d sooner use localHoney over some chemical concoction that potentially has long term

I have hayfever and also keep my own bees too so can have much honey as I like, it makes very little difference I'm afraid to say

I have to use tablets but they only take the edge off my symptoms

Allevia- you don't have to get it from the pharmacy.

Used it for the first time last week after it was recommended by a friend and OMG does it work
