Goals right there though. How old were you before you starting to "love" yourself would you say?

somewhere

Churches, Rubik and I very often admire them, not so much for what they stand for but how they look.

Cleaning, definitely loving that the more I get older.

Finally by body, I thought I used to love it, I was always happy with my body but since I lose so much weight, I can't believe the difference and now, after so many years I can really smile when I look at myself x

Late 30s, I reckon. But it was more to do with situation than age. Kind of found myself when I started dating after a divorce.

The newer version of myself which has learnt not to be critical of other people's life choices. Embracing everyone and everything has opened my eyes to a much happier lifestyle.

"Good quality sleep"

This. 200% this.

I used to be able to party till 3, sleep on a sofa with a toilet roll as a pillow, and get up for work the next day.

Now I have pillow spray, an eye mask, a whole skincare routine, blackout curtains, expensive bedding, an electronics detox. And I love waking up refreshed.

Nothing (and not enjoying ageing, to be honest). This isn't me trying to shit on the thread, but there's nothing I like now I didn't when I was 25.

I'm either not growing up or was old before my time. Probably both.
