I’ve recently started buying sparkling water. Don’t ask me why, but i’m starting to really like the taste. What are your opinions on it? Do you really hate it? Or do you love it? Or are you the boring in between folk that aren’t bothered by it

Love it!

Good quality though so it's crisp and served almost ice cold with lemon slices and pomegranate seeds and crushed ice.

I love it, but it does need a few additions to make it truly enjoyable…squash is a good start, but ideally it has to be flavoured with quinine. Unfortunately quinine also tastes like poo, so that requires the addition of gin to finally fix the issue for good.

Never used to drink it at all until we both started working across Europe. Many offices and meeting rooms only had black coffee and sparking water. So we both had to start drinking them. Ended up loving both now and will chose sparking at home and with meals.

Love fizzy carbonated water … makes one burp !

( privately of course )

Invest in a soda stream .. great piece of kit,

Good with some Gin’s too plus a slice of lemon and angostura bitters ( couple of drops. )

I think I have spelt angostura wrong - you know the stuff it’s a paper label and is right at the bank of your drinks cupboard small dark bottle .

If I am out for a night and not drinking I tend to drink soda water / sparking water with ice, trouble is I often drink too much of it and spend the night up and down to the toilet, worse the lager for that
