I mean the long garment by the brand "Dry Robe" which are, as far as I can tell, originally designed for keeping one's person toasty and warm after a bracing outdoor swim or surf.
What we're witnessing here in the heart of industrial GM, are the good folk going to and fro from the local chip shop and pub wearing these very garments. It IS pissing down, but it's northern England. There's no swimming or surfing happening nearby | |||
