Im stopping with rellies to recuperating, just went for a late night pee and i think i may have given myself a black eye!

I actually managed to walk into the door frame!!!

Feeling a bit silly now - anyone got any suggestions how to stop it bruising?

Apparently if you tape a bag of frozen peas to the affected area it not only helps with bruising but is remarkably "in" this season.

Saw Rhianna sporting a bag of frozen asparagus tips on a recent date with Chris Brown.

What is a Minxie ? Should we all know ?

As long as you can move your eyes in all directions and can see without blur there is no serious damage.

Treatment should be applied when the bump is new and in it's reddish stage.

Doctors have no treatment for simple bruising other than a cold compress.

e.g.

A cold compress such as an ice pack or a bag of frozen vegetables should be applied to the affected area for 20-30 minutes in order to speed healing and reduce swelling. Do not apply ice directly to the skin. Wrap the ice pack in a towel.

If bruising does occur use Arnacane cream. I use it after every spanking session as it helps remove the bruise very quickly
