Does a disappearing profile mean

I’ve been blocked?I’ve been talking to a couple most of the day & I’ve noticed all of the messages have disappeared:is the profile hidden or have they left the site?

If blocked then you can see the profile link but won't open for you, a message v saying you can't see it. So definitely they are gone or admin have deleted them

Sometimes I get this when I message a new member local to me. After a few messages everything suddenly disappears.

It means, as Nero says, that they've left the site.

If admin suspend them or they've blocked you you'll still be able to see their messages and profile header.
