The only reason I wake up really early is if I have a plane to catch. I love waking up late.

I tend to find I just wake up early, maybe my body clock is a bit fucked - but equally when I wake up late I feel that I have wasted 'x' amount of hours. So cannot really win

Because it gives me time and space to breathe, sometimes to do yoga or to catch up on emails. Sometimes I just sit and think without digital distractions. Even on days off I struggle to not wake up early.

I don't. I used to like sitting in the garden in the early morning, grandchild on my lap with our tea, watching the early birds catching their worms.

Now I like laying in a warm bed listening to the birds while my body wakes up.

Preferably not too early.
