"100% can go with the flow and adjust my workout plan. I just stated on the smooth machine once, someone came over before my first set asking how long I was going to be, and then sat there annoyed watching for 25 mins. Tbh was super annoying and had a terrible session because of it. " That is good you can go with the flow and to adjust the workout plan too | |||

"Mine is pretty rigid I don’t like to deviate from my workout plan with the odd exception for example at the end of leg day doing calves and adductors I’m happy to interchange those If a machine is taken Thankfully the gym I train at is very well equipped (10x power racks for example, 4 full sets of dumbells with 10 benches ect) I also schedule my workouts so that the days I rely on the most equipment are the quietest my split is chest and back, legs, shoulders and back, arms so chest and back is trained Friday night and legs Saturday evening both times are dead that only leaves shoulders and back and arms to be trained through week I also go for 8pm whrn it’s starting to empty out. I trained at home most my life so was used to hitting same exercise order every and like to still do sodo the same " It is also good to be rigid and it is good that your gym is well equipped too | |||

"Absolutely not. I have an idea of what I might be targeting that day. A hard cardio push, zone 2 cruise or a leg/arm day on the weights but beyond that I go with the flow and see what’s available when I get there. For me, nothing is worse that getting into a rut at the gym, I always need to mix it up to keep my interest going " That is good you go with the flow, same here. I also like to mix up my training too | |||

"I don't normally like to deviate too much as it makes me lose track of my progress. For example, I can't alternate between a barbell and dumbbell bench press when the bench press is taken because I need to eventually try and progress my lifts. So I try to make it as rigid as possible " That is good you can do both too | |||
