Easy to change over a pic to mono by fiddling with the bits on your phone/screen.

Wasn't sure whether to go for the "studious, confident, almost Harrison Ford heyday smile, bespectacled" or the "old bloke just out of the bath".

So I went for old bath bloke - felt a bit more "honest" for a number of reasons.
