I'm doing king prawn and mushrooms and rice noodles ....... dipping sauce of course and all home made.... n all the other bits that go with a feast.

It's been going on a while now. Hypermobility - not just my joints but it's affecting smooth muscle and my hiatus hernia came back too. Meh. I'll survive.

I can't be bothered to cook. I've been eating veggie for, well it feels like forever, probably 4 days tbh.

I want a kebab, but I feel guilty. I am so conflicted right now. I've been eating healthyish, getting a bit of exercise surely I deserve it. There's a nice bottle of Merlot there too.

The temptation is unbearable, should I submit to my desires?

Or should I be good and cook some lentils with rice and drink coconut water?

There’s a clear winner between a big, dirty, greasy kebab and some lentils and rice. You know what needs to be done.
