You could start by going to your local driving range.

They will lend you a club to get started and you can hit a basket of balls for around £6 usually.

The vast majority will ignore a message from a profile with a shadow not a photo.

The "will try anything" will also put off many.

Think about what you're actually looking for and can offer and put that on your profile. Think of it as your shop window in a very busy high street.
