I don't do the runny, goat or blue ones but everything else is yummy. I have a couple of favourite cheese shops around the country and love going in for a tasting of whatever is local.

I'm not a fan of Blue cheese bit like many others.

We bought my dad a smoker for his birthday so he is going to buy lots of different cheeses to smoke and see which turn out the best

Dolcelatte on a digestive biscuit with a slice of pear.

South East Northumberland

A nice mature Stilton with a glass of port. Favourite local cheese is cuddys cave out of Doddingtons in Northumberland.

Charley's favourite is Black Bomber which is a very strong cheddar {or so she says but I'm not so sure lol)
