Am I the only one who thinks there is too much rough/hard/extreme etc sex on websites/in general?

There was a headline the other day about a teacher being asked by boys in her class how to hold a persons throat during sex.

Teenagers, young adults, surely shouldn't be thinking that sex is just rough/hard/extreme etc.

Thoughts?

Carlisle usually

I think it's better that they asked an adult for guidance instead of just jumping in clueless after watching porn.

The whole porn scene sets such unrealistic ideas to sex all together.

I've never been into MF porn of any kind because it's so fake.

Unfortunately it's at everyone's fingertips these days and the young ones will be influenced by what they see.

Education is better than, finding yourself in Crown Court on a manslaughter charge, or possible murder charge

That's my thoughts

Absolutely ask. I agree. But is that what they think sex is. Or should be about. That's worrying surely.

They should ask... absolutely

I don't quite share the moral outrage tho. I tend to be into what many would consider the more rough / extreme side of things. I don't consider it that...but that's a different point.

Whilst I acknowledge there is some concerns ...how else do you get exposed at that age to things to see what ...does it for you.

Who knows I can't do other people's thinking for them can I.

My point still stands, it's better to be proactive than reactive.

You're right. What world are we presenting to kids where any all and every form of sex is made available to young impressionable children. And yet we tolerate it because it gives some people a thrill and makes others money.

Too much exposure to porn!!

And hard core porn probably gets more notice than softcore porn?

Yes. No. Maybe.

I think more importantly parents/carers/adult role models need to be teaching their young people about respect, consent and communication, ensuring they know porn is not some kind of instruction manual.

There's too much availability of anything now a days. There isn't exclusivity anymore.

Porn has gotten rougher and rougher over the years. More focus on how much and how big can be used.

I'm sure there is a niche market for it. But there needs to be more sensual foreplay based porn. Realistic I think the word I'm looking for.

Imagine it.

Kissing, cuddling, foreplay,

Man gets on top.

2 minutes later he's grunting like an asthmatic yak because his backs broke. And she's rolling her eyes in disappointment.

*not errr speaking from experience*

But thats the porn I'd watch

I agree with this. These c9nversations need to be more mainstream.

I remember tying up & ch*king my first girlfriend had no idea what I was doing and no one to ask. And the idea didn’t come from porn it was just what we wanted to do.

Now anyone can Google and find tutorials on single column ties that will not tighten on wrists or how to ch*ke someone without damaging their throat

Let kids be kids I'm sure nobody brings their little darlings into the world imagining they will be watching hard core porn and bdsm in the primary school playground.
