That bad feeling.....

Does anyone else get it when they feel a little anxious, like something bad is about to happen but for no reason at all?

I'm having one of those days, maybe it's because I have the man flu (yes I'm a woman but still)

I hate this feeling luckily it doesn't happen often, is this just me or is it normal?

Maybe I just need a duvet day with some Percy pigs.

Send boobs!

Yep, on occasion. Especially when I'm ill too. I try to go easy on myself and have a gentle day.

Hope it passes soon

The feeling of impending doom?

Only had it when I had covid. Nothing made sense and I felt conpletely disassociated.

Get well soon x

Yes, I've felt that way and you're far from alone in it. A duvet day with sweets and comfort films/TV is an excellent idea - I hope you go for it and find yourself relaxing a little. Be kind to yourself.

Yes it's normal. I think it's when you've subconsciously picked up on something that's not quite right. We're used to 'normal' so when something is even a tiny bit off we notice. People call it sixth sense or instinct, gut feeling even. It's what kept cavepeople safe
