This man introduced the 5:2 diet, I remember doing it with my ex husband before it became mainstream, I always kinda followed what he was up too and stuff, based on the documentary he did on that, it was one of those "oh my goodness" moments when I read the news he was missing.

When I heard the news of his disappearance, I prayed they'd find him alive and safe but had an awful feeling that something awful had happened. Today I'm saddened to hear the news that the body that has been found is of this kind intelligent man. My thoughts go out to his family and friends.
