A forgotten note

I’m cleaning out my drawers and came across my (and tw here) suicide note from SEVERAL years ago

I’m in a completely different place now; but it does serve as a reminder that at one point I felt like that, but look at me! I lived through it!

And now I think I can do anything

So if you’re feeling like that right now, just know that you aren’t the first person in history to feel like this. One day it’ll feel better; I didn’t know it felt better until one day it just clicked!

Life is so subtle that sometimes you don’t even know you’ve walked through doors you once prayed would open.

Hang on in there

Second star to the right…

Glad you’re in a much better place and to coin a saying “suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem”.

It takes a lot to be open about this sort of thing and I salute you

Mine are my phone, still hoping no one will need to see them, though not sure how much sense they would be.

I’m so so pleased that you’re still with us.

And thank you for sharing this. Incredibly personal and brave. But if one person reads it and thinks “oh wait…. I can do life” then it’s worth it xx

I'm so glad you're in a much better place now op, well done

Love this

I always think things can change so much, even in a day. If you're having a rough day, just now it won't last .
