In the short term dealing with a hangover. Hopefully crystal's dad will be cooking us a full English to cure that!

Then we are off to see crystal's Nan, off to a bike shop (so cold i need to replace some winter kit -madness!) then driving back to Herts. Hopefully home early enough for a run. And then a curry tonight.
