The disabled lift was broken again. It took 20mins to get into work via an adjacent building and a goods lift. Then the fire alarm went off 10mins before exams started. The two people on evac chair duty weren't actually there yet/at all. No-one came. Good news, it wasn't a real fire so they left me.

I got out via the goods lift at the end again.

It's been another lovely, lovely day

So not had a brew all day.

But I got a whoopsie dark chocolate cake from the coop whilst getting milk on the way home.

Smashed through my work today, whilst listening to (mainly) Bon Jovi.

Finally realised what would make me happy would be working in music.

Then got upset cos I have no idea/way to get into anything like that, and I'm way over the hill so doubt I'd be able to do any of it anyway. Then decided I wasn't at all happy and wondered whether anyone else in this world (aside from kids who don't know any better, love 'em) is actually happy either.

Great day in Brighton - loved the vibe

Looked at the structure of a Wooden church spire for restoration and in parts conservation

Plus had lunch in the northern lanes

Bats …. Sleeping, upside down loved it quite a pong however

I had a great day - B2B meetings and catching up with work stuff.

I've eaten loads of fruit and had a ginormous salad for tea, followed by cider and battered bananas with golden syrup

Stoked my precious cat for a bit and watched MIC
