Live anywhere, where would it be and why?

I like where I live. Close to the sea, not too far from the countryside and good mix.

Aside from romanticising about past holidays, I don't actually think I'd genuinely like to live anywhere else.

Over to you, pervy people on my phone.

St Leonards

I'm very happy with my current place, but my ambition is Collioure, France (Catalan part of France).

I know where I want the house, and I checked it out in April.

Hoping to get there again Sep/Oct.

Stunning bay, the house would be right on the tiny beachfront, there would be a restaurant underneath my house (for the bustle, not so much the food), and it's typically 4 degrees warmer in any month, not humid, not over-hot, and rarely too cold.

Plus, France and Spain are my favourite countries, with plenty of personal links already.

Cape Town but Cape Town 25 years ago not now. When I lived there it was wonderful. Going back years after it was disappointing.

"Kuching, East Malaysia"

How come? I've been but can't remember too much about it (was a good while ago), apart from cat statues.

Sorry, forgot the why. The climate is gorgeous, the street food is fantastic, the smells are incredible, the people are considerate, there is access to a wonderful warm sea and great beaches, you can easily get to the tropical rain forest, not difficult to get to KL or Singapore or HK or other places if you want to. What's not to like.

I like where I live, if I could move it would be closer to my mum so about an hour away from where I am now.

Leeds

Right where I am, it's lovely, surrounded by countryside, good links, I don't want to move.

Maybe a 2nd home in Thailand would be nice though.

Wirral.

I love living on the Wirral, it's close to everything I need. But, Scotland is calling me.

Oh, and a holiday home in Tuscany. Why? Because its Italy! X

Scottish islands may be a bit low on swingers though

Faversham, but, preferably, without Europe's largest solar farm on its "doorstep".

Sagittarius A

I do love the sea, I also like lakes and woods though.

I think Lake Tahoe is beautiful, a quite corner perhaps or maybe just somewhere similar.

Sit off on the porch swing, go walkabout in the woods, with something a bit more practical than a pointy stick. Go sailing and do some fishing.

Gone and completely forgotten.

St Andrews. I always feel "at home" there, even though I'm not a golfer.
