I think his story captivated many many people who wouldn’t have even known his name before. Along with the heroic fundraising challenges how great mate, Sir Kev undertook, he will not soon be forgotten as a massive champion for the MND community.

A friend of mine has just been diagnosed with it. Brutal brutal cruel disease. Let's hope it gets some attention now as treatments (or complete lack of them) haven't moved for decades. 41 though... Just a kid. I'll be honest . Bought a tear to my eye.

An absolutely wonderful human being with a courageous and strong family around him and aided by a total rock like Sir (well he should be in my opinion) Kevin Sinfield amongst others.

Rob had a career that many dream about and was taken far far too early.
