Anyone else sometimes let one rip when arriving?

It's happened to me and seems to happen more and more as I get older, I used to get very embarrassed about it but it's all natural right? It's not like I'm under the duvet and intentionally giving whoever I'm with a Dutch oven is it?

Anyone else? I'm sure I'm not alone, this is a safe space lol

Accidents happen. An old partner was absolutely devastated he let one go in front of me.

It seems very common as we age, the menopause just keeps giving. Try the Squeezy app which is great for reminding you to do pelvic floor exercises which in turn can help.
