But it is still a section out of someones profile which could be identifiable to the owner or to those who have read this particular profile.

Would it not be better to phrase the opening post as 'why do people have long sections of text warning of the consequences of reproduction' or something along those lines, that surely is not likely to highlight any one particular profile.
