East London

I've just watched a challenge eater munch her way through a huge breakfast, and the sausages looked so good.

I'm not huge on sausages but I want to know where cafés get their's as I can never find any with the right flavour, texture and juiciness.

Where can I buy great bangers?

I want ones that aren't too herby and crisp up evenly.

Nice, but too herby for a breakfast sausage.

Manchester(ish).

Cumbria, we have excellent sausages.

Cumberland sausages are pork and seasoning. Famed for being thick and cooked in a ring shape.
