Just read this online and couldn't agree more -

I find it ironic that the people who have such angry, irrational views toward consensual sexuality also don’t realize that it is precisely sex and/or masturbation that will chill them out and make them less angry at all the wrong things, so they can focus on being happy.

Really question the motivations of people who try to prevent you from utilizing your body’s natural stress relief mechanisms.

No self-destructive drugs or junk foods required. Which are true epidemics causally shown to kill millions of people every year, unlike consensual sex and/or masturbation. And yet the sex haters are silent about these things? Hmmm…

For what purpose do sexual authoritarians want you to be so stressed out and angry all the time? To what political or social ends?

I think the world could use much less stress, anger and aggression. All of which are subdued by sexual release. All legitimate, credible science reinforces this.

It’s problematic, looking to ‘free love’ when there’s this incel culture or the sort of antifeminist entitlement of some trying to reclaim or redefine masculinity.

Sort of makes ‘chill and have a wank’ difficult to put out there.

Although I do feel we're far too prude, the reality is that society and life is built and functions on a family unit consisting of children and parents.

Deviate from that and you expose your friends, family and most importantly your children to issues.

You can't simply throw societal norms out of the window and do what you want, even if it's not "wrong".

I like sex. As a woman I have a good choice of partners. For men with charm and a good personality they also have choice. But these angry young men who have no idea how to approach a woman with respect find themselves quickly rebuffed and they think the women are to blame. They then spiral into an echo chamber into these hateful furious incels who rule themselves out of the dating pool. All women become entitled bitches. You see glimpses of them in the forums sometimes. It's very sad.

I suspect the op is talking about people who disapprove of swinging, multiple partners, open relationships, ENM, Poly, etc etc.

An awful lot of society believe that not being monogamous equates to not being able to be a good person.

Sexual freedom and promiscuity may be fun in the moment and the short term. However that comes at a cost long term. It effects pair bonding and mental health. The lower amount of sexual partners we have, the better. Promiscuity can have wider societal implications. It's a big subject to disect and one i don't have all the info on. There are plenty of research papers on the subject and it's something that folk should certainly be aware of. Porn is also not great either. Now it may seem prudish or judgmental of people to look down on sexual promiscuity etc. but it certainly doesn't mean they are wrong.
