I don't usually have bad days, so I guess it's just my turn

the land of tall tales and yarn

Well actually it was a terrible day yesterday and it's rolled into today.

Usually if something happens I twirl throw some glitter and face into it, fix it, make it better. I just can't do it today, I know I'll be able to do it tomorrow, but just not today.

I know that when I compare it to problems other people are having, put it into perspective I'll realise that it's not so bad, but I can't today.

Today I'm just going curl up, hide away from the real world and cry.

I'm so sorry I have no idea why I'm posting this , I'm not looking for advice, I just wanted to get it out. It's probably not better or worse than all the other nonsense I post.

Sending hugs beautiful

Take the time to breathe today, tomorrow is another day.

Take some time to do something for you and remember the things that you have in your life to be thankful for.

Hey

Really sorry to hear you aren't doing so good.

We all have moments like this but what important is we have people around us to remind us there care and will support in whatever way they can. You have posted this firstly as a way of letting it out. It is never good to suffer alone or sit on ones feelings. You spread soooo much joy in the forums that it is now time for us to pick up our glitter, put our capes on and spread some joy your way and remind you that "hey, we got you today"

Take care

I used to have this mentality, my problems aren't half as bad as other people's and doughnut would say to me "have you got a roof over your head and blah blah blah" all of that is true of course but at the same time, whatever you are feeling for whatever reason (even if it's you broke a nail you paid lots for, you smashed your favourite coffee cup, the vending machine was out of twirls), it's your reason.

I get upset over the most ridiculous things sometimes, I really do and I hate taking stuff into the next day but sometimes it happens, what I do is write down whatever it is, the conversation I should have had, my thoughts or whatever it is, helps me no end xxx

I'm with you 100%. On Monday, I had a situation that truly broke my heart & continues to do so. I'm not the type of person who can shake off a problem, it takes time. I also learnt that I really don't have anyone to talk to about anything which is probably why I'm here. People I thought would be understanding turned the tables & made it about them.

I'm sure time will help but I wish I could hide from the world right now. Instead, I have to travel for work & am hating every moment.

OP, I hope you find a quick way back to feeling better.

Your problem might not seem big compared to others. But a very wise friend told me that you should never feel bad for feeling how you feel and that we all have a different capacity for life at different times. Don't compare what's on your plate to theirs because your plates might be made out of different materials.

Love you wise friend, if you read this

Hope you feel better soon Tink. Be gentle with yourself until you do.

Gentle tucks a sparkly blanket around you and leaves your favourite things within reach.

Let me know if you want anything else. I'll sit beside you if company will help, and hugs are available. (Alternatively, I can f*** off if that's preferred)

Breathe deep, feel the feels today, and know that you've survived every single one of the bad days so far.

You got this xx

Second star to the right…

I have always found writing about my day very therapeutic and a problem shared is a problem halved. Even if there is no immediate solution to problem it helps to talk it through with someone as it externalises it rather then internalising it.

Often when journal keeping i can see all the events of the past few days or weeks that have led me to feeling the way i do. It’s a great relief when i put it together then i can think what can i do about it?

Write everything down fully, speak to someone you trust that.gives good advice and hopefully things will get better from there.

Sending virtual hugs xx

If you were inundated with cock pics would that help?

Take care of yourself, hide, find some chocolate, a comfy cushion, warm duvet and snuggle down with some mindless tele. Oh and don't forget to throw some glitter around too.

I get it. Sometimes even the brightest of us has a bad day. It’s ok. You’re allowed.

I’ll echo the sentiments of those who say “we’ve got you”. We’re not just here for the glitter x

Be kind to yourself. Cry. Rant. Sleep. Eat. Whatever helps.

If you can, find your favourite snack, a big mug of tea, or coffee, some uplifting music and either stay toasty under the duvet, gaze out the window, or get your best outdoor cape on and go for a wander.

To echo many folk here, you've done the hard bit and admitted, mainly to yourself, that things aren't right. So, now you've identified the type of problem, you can start looking for the best solutions for you.

Think of it as a day of sparkle revitalisation and twirl realignment.
