I find it hard to motivate myself when working from home. Anyone got any pointers to help me?

Make sure you are fully dressed. Leave your cellphone in another room.

somewhere

Doughnut works from home majority of the time and from what he tells me, he is way more productive at home, he is easily distracted, loves people so home is definitely where he gets more work done

Working might be a good start. Sooner you get it done, sooner you can go outside and play.

I work permanently from home nowadays. I have a separate office, own kettle etc. No distractions. Hugely productive

I’m a homeworker these days. Dedicated space, habits and discipline around times and clear goals for each day would be my advice.
