Half leg of lamb here (there's only the 2 of us) bought from the butcher yesterday. Having with stuffing, broccoli, roast potatoes, yorkie pudding and carrott & swede mash.

All that and I forgot we were going out for a late lunch with friends later!

Well I'm working today, so whatever I choose from the menu. Probably burger, because it's the only thing, apart from the steaks and the roasts, that isn't microwaved or fried.

East Yorkshire

I'll be having anything that can be microwaved by my daughter as I'm on crutches and cannot stand because I've knackered my knee. Not quite the Easter dinner I usually have

We've got a whole poached salmon and a fore-rib of roasted beef, carrots, parsnips, broccoli, yorkies, roast potatoes and three different salads. I suspect it will be Easter Eggs for pudding. At last!
