Do the owners, admin and moderators on this site? Really give a damn about anything other than us paying our subs? I’ve Sent five messages Regarding being unable to update my status and so far not had a reply to any of them yet the problem still exits. I’ve got a feeling that they took exception to the fact that I named and shamed a fake account subsequently disappeared. But it looks like I’m the one who’s getting punished.

The general line is that if you don't receive a reply regarding a status ban, you should assume that ban is permanent. (I'm not saying what I think about this, I'm saying that this is what is said repeatedly)

If name and shame were not punished, what would stop me from saying that (NB this is not something I'm saying) DarkieTwo trashed my house, stole all my KitKats, and shat on my nice clean bedsheets, so you should avoid them?

Some people might make shit up.

I emailed them after my messages via 'Contact us about a site problem' did not get any response and they sorted my issue

If they are going to lift the block they will mail and let you know.

Op if you've contacted admin via one of the above and received no response the ban won't be lifted.

Naming and shaming is one of the reasons that admin block status updates. The advice is always to report.
