A Secret Hideaway In the caravan of love

what do you do.

I try to leave them to it, but it makes life very unpleasant and can go on for ages. It's just so frustrating

(especially when I think it's them that's in the wrong!).

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

If someone is sulking then I leave them to it. If they are not speaking to me because of something heinous I have done, I apologise, then leave them to it.

Tough to move on when you had the person in your life for years. Even harder when you feel you have done nothing wrong, but the advice is sound. If they dont miss you then they dont need you and you therefore dont need them.

Been 2 months since i was in the same situation still tough not to just make a call and say hi.

Move on and get on with my life.

Done this to my sister and have not spoken to her since Feb 2002.

She's done it to our bro and had not been in touch with him since 1989!

Depends who it is....

If it's someone important, I will ask if there is a problem.... If they think so little of me to not give a sensible answer... I walk away...

Personally for me it depends on the person.

If you're really worried, just give it a while, maybe a couple if weeks and try chatting again.

Truro

If it's Kate who's pissy with me, I grab her and tickle her into submission.

If it's a work colleague I'll usually break the ice somehow, but if it's a contact on here I'll just cock a deaf'un and say "fuck ya then" and move on

People at work can't give me the silent treatment, as they always want me to do something for them.

I just respond in kind by being short and sharp with my words, spoken as well as written.

People know not to mess with me.

Depends who it is I guess! For instance my father, couldn't care less if I don't ever hear from him again as its been 6 months now he's no great loss. However if its a friend or someone I'm sweet on it hacks me off big time I usually get a bit snotty then tell them to do one! Seen a couple things this week made me realise how important and short life is, so it's no more good reliable Katy! Who does everything she can to help and be nice. It's about time it was all about me for a change and what I want, not just doing it to make others happy.

If I know what I've done I will apologise, But I never know what I have done wrong.

Better to talk it over rather than suffer silent sulks where the tension builds until it explodes.

near the sounds of the wimborne quarter jack!

My ex-girlfriend was a redhead with a firey temper. I always new when she had been wound up by her family as she would hardly say a word and there was a definate chilled atmosphere in the car! I would merely keep any conversation to a minimum She would eventully mellow!

Im naturally brownhaired but fake red all the time now but still badtempered stroppy mare regardless of hair colour. goes with star sign i say, i either explode or can go into silent sulks myself. husband never knows what im going to be like. but yes leave them to come round on their own if they dont ask whats wrong

Im ace at the silent treatment i once didn't speak to my sister for 3 years,as she had not given me an apology for something...she lost it at a family party and said sorry so i spoke to her,was all it was going to take.

It wouldn't bother me if i was in the right about something the other party could ignore me all they wanted...im stubborn though.
