It’s grey and drizzly out, everything’s a bit meh. Slovenly Sunday is in progress. The question is, how slovenly are you?

I have got out of bed, but I’m still in my dressing gown and haven’t cleaned my teeth yet

Not very. Well, I have gone back to bed but that's only temporary until cramps pass. I've been really quite productive today! Look quite slovenly but soon I'll have a hair and face mask on so I'm getting there.

It's nice to have a low energy day sometimes isn't it?

I'm shamelessly slovenly right now, wearing my pyjamas and having just woken up from a midday nap. I arrived home at 11:00am though, after 2 nights of no sleep in a little shack for a hen do. Women really snore!

Woke up early, did some reading in bed before going to the local market for some vegan food. Now making my way through a lengthy Polish sci-fi film that was possibly not the right choice for my concentration levels but I'm committed now

I'm a big fan of rest days. We're always being told that we have to be doing things or we're wasting time, but sometimes you need a day of nothing for mental processing and physical rest.
