Derby

It is here in Derby...

Who else loves watching/hearing thunder/lightning?

I remember watching some good storms as a kid, fork lightning the lot, never been scared myself, I think they can be cool to watch and I get a satisfied relaxing feeling to them when I am safe and warm inside.

Or whom among us is rocking in the corner scared

Miss S x

I love them.

If I happen to be out when they start, I'll stay out longer just to feel all that energy on my skin.

My mother in law is like that, think it's the humidity and pressure that is built up and usually releases when it has passed.

"Wish we was sat in the hot tub listening to it there now! "

You're brave! During such weather, most hot-tubs turn into the ol' "Lightning Rod 3000".

Even if we did want to watch the storm from the hot-tub, ours takes about 4 hours to heat up, so checking with the MET-office beforehand is essential!
