I wonder how many of us are creative and do some sort of crafting...and what? Do you have a crafty hobby? Let's show case our skills.

I crochet, mostly micro crochet jewellery, and I'm.learning some living history crafts like lucetting and tablet weaving.

Haven't made a willy warmer yet though

Tell me about lucetting and tablet weaving.

I crochet, embroider and sew.

Both are ancient skills, tablet weaving is weaving over a loom, but the thread is warped through cards (tablets). Patterns are determined by turning the cards each round. I've gad a go at a workshop but haven't got my own loom just yet. Definitely want to get one though.

A lucet is basically a knitting fork. Similar to a french knit dolly, but only two prongs. It's used to make strong, knitted cord, which is then used for lacing clothes or shoes, or to crochet or weave things with.

I've always sewn (used to be a seamstress in a furriers many moons ago), papercrafting such as scrapbooking, card making, fancy gift wrapping (think gift bags/cellophane sort), used to teach embroidery as well as commission samplers. Would love take up macrame again

Haha, each to their own. I'm generally a very impatient person, but seem to be able to really zone out wgfn I craft.

I took up stained glass window making a couple of years ago. Mainly the Tiffany method, I tried making one leaded piece and preferred the other method.

I also like colouring books and making simple jewellery. And growing plants!

I would love to be crafty but I have cats, love to knit but gave up on that for obvious reason, I keep thinking about crochet but I need to think of away to do it without having a battle lol.

Plus I am notorious for starting something and not finishing, I bought a tattoo machine last year, aside from some I've done on myself, it's still in its box, I do intend to start it properly this summer though x

I am very much a mixed medium crafter at the moment I am working on making gingerbread houses to put together as a reusable advent calendar. Painting, sculpting, paper mache and wooden bits.

Unfortunately my son has put forward the idea on lights so now try to work that out.

I knit crochet and sew. I love knitting lace though it's far from relaxing. Abd to be honest there's only so many lace shawls one can own before one us firmly in witch of the woods territory.

I'd love to take up carding and spinning but I have no place for a wheel, and even less space for more product. Similarly I'd love to learn Irish lace making. It looks so incredible.
