It's chips in a small round piece of bread, usually a soft bread.

No idea what bits are.

Since I have a hernia and bloody GERD, I have to balance the good with the basic haha.

Todays tea, ready in 5 simply brocilli and chicken, kale sprouts and Wee bit of gravy. Will follow up in just over an hour with avocado and poached egg on toast as I need to split my meals. Then a few bits as I watch a film

I'm having a sausage festival. Venison sausages, smoked Cumberland and veggie Cumberland. With mash, carrots, peas and gravy.

We have nibbles to start and chocolate cake for dessert.
