School holidays next week (well in London anyway) and it looks like it's going to be a good one as there are lots of events on that week too.

What plans have you made if you're off work? Will you get the whole week off or will you be just enjoying the long weekend. Do the holidays put you on lockdown as you have tbe kids.

Please feel free to share your plans x

I had a friend who's dad was a school caretaker so they lived on site. In the holidays we used to use the assembly hall for band jams and skateboarding.

No kids at home so I will be working as normal but I’ve just welcomed my first grand child so I will hopefully be seeing her on Sunday and Monday.

It’ll be a novelty having 2 days off in a row

I've got the week off to provide the Mum Taxi Service to 2 teenagers. We'll go for a couple of days out in between their social engagements, and as this is probably the last year of having both in the same place at the same time before the older one veers towards more interesting and adventurous things I'm going to make the most of it. They're excellent company and it'll be a lovely week.

I’m so blessed to be able to spend the entire week with my daughter.

We’re gonna do lots of free things. We’ll go foraging in the woods. Have a water fight if the weathers nice. We’ll be jamming on the guitars. She’s fascinated by planes so we’ll go to the airport for a while.

I love half terms/end of term holidays.

Work, a couple of meets and lots of time on the sofa or in the bath.

Wahoo indeed. I spent the last holiday stuck sleeping on my sofa in the front room with every thing I own scattered around me. Talk about an incentive to declutter after that. It was a major wake up call. Since then I've got rid of a third of my possessions. I'll probably do a bit more over the week. It's incredibly cathartic x

Good luck

I spent the duration of my daughters childhood outside with her as she collected every creepy Crawley she could find on a daily basis and now she's an adult she freaks out if any get near her.

I want a refund on that time lol x
