How long do you wait on the phone?

Do you hang up when it puts you in a queue?

Do you say to yourself 3 min, 5 min then I'm hanging up?

Do you get angrier as it passes more than 10 mins waiting or do you chill out whilst waiting

Depends how important it is.

If it's hospital, doctors bank etc, I will wait it out. Anything else, 2 mins
